    Well, they were recommended to us by a realtor for conveyancing. The lawyer was on vacation but we wanted to get the documents on file so things could proceed smoothly when needed. Our complete documents were copied and we were assured a file would be opened. We called with a subject removal question, they had no file on us, no record of our copied documents, and the paralegal was now also on vacation. BUT... if we just waited ...they would look for the file and get back to us (of course after our subjects had to be removed). No thanks. We prefer professionals.
