  Appointment between 1 and 3 in the afternoon...wasted a whole afternoon waiting for someone to show or at least phone...No contact. I hate it when tradesmen take their customers for granted. One star is an over rating

  Tried to sell me a hot water tank when I needed was a relief value. When I attempted to discuss the matter with him he became aggressive and verbally abusive. I hired someone else, who replaced the relief valve and solved the problem. Too bad 1 is the lowest star rating possible. Given the chance I'd be giving him negative numbers out of 5.

  After changing out my washer and dryer, my valves started leaking in the taps. Water damage freaks me out so I was in a panic looking for a plumber to fix it up. One plumber quoted me $350, which seemed very heavy. So I called Doug the Plumber & Gas and they fixed me up for about half that price! And did it same day. Very impressed with the work, and the ability to squeeze me in in a pinch.
