    Being that we have 5 boys at home, we have guinea pigs, a hamster, fish, birds, lizards, a ball python, and a frog, I'm at this store often. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly like them way more than any "chain" pet store, as all the staff really care about all the little critters. And they do not "pretend" to know about an animal. If they are not sure they find out for you. Highly recommended!

    Lots of variety and reasonable prices. Lots of cool types of fish, not just the run of the mill types.

    Amazing, friendly and very helpful staff. Always a pleasure visiting them. Well worth the drive from Campbell River. I have never regretted spending money here. Always leave happy and excited.

    Lots of hard to find products, i drive an hour to come to this store. Some prices are high but its a local business so is worth supporting.
