  Lunch hour Hatha Yoga with Joyce is the best. The space is warm and inviting and Joyce has a gift for reading the class and the needs of each individual yogi, helping to guide them in their practice, offering space for each level and assurance and encouragement in growing one's practice. I hate missing Wednesdays with Joyce, and I only wish she was there everyday at noon!

  One of the best yoga classes I've attended. Even without much skill or strength coming into the class, Joyce makes me feel like a total superstar. I love the small space and class sizes, and I always look forward to returning each week.

  Such a beautiful, light and welcoming space. The yoga studio has big windows that let sunlight in during the afternoon practices. Joyce and the other teachers are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Beginner or advanced yogini, this place will be great for you!

  Joyces classroom is always filled with positivity, happiness and joy. It doesn't matter how your day has been so far you will always leave the classroom with a smile on your face feeling lighter and free. She certainly knows how to adapt her classes to everbodys needs and is a great motivator. One couldn't ask for a more passionate teacher.
