    I called the Courtenay store on a product I found online. I was told that the store has to order most product in. The store also has a no return policy. So, if I want to see it, I have to buy it and can't return it. Just close the store in Courtenay.

    Rather than stand behind a product and use Retail Return for defective product they outright refuse to help -- forcing the customer to spend their time and energy in resolving this issue.
