    I trust these guys the most when it comes time for my vehicle maintenance. The staff is knowledgable and super friendly. I feel reassured that when I take my vehicle in it is being taken care of properly without the worry of them trying to push anything unnecessary.

    Amazing!...Yesterday, Jiffy Lube Courtenay did an oil change on my VW Taureg. Diesel..(8 litres of Euro Spec oil.) After servicing, it leaked a bit of oil on garage floor due to...as it worked out to a defective crush washer in the drain plug...absolutely not their fault., They drained and replaced all the oil, and on top of that, called my home several times and offered to come to my place and make sure the car was ok to drive....Unbelievealbe service...thanks ..bob Austin

    New scam,= free vacuum but they swipe your cabin filter and trade it with a grungy one, then sell you a new one for twice the listed price. Done with them.
