  When damage of this nature are brought forward in a insurance claim we are direct by their insurance company to have them set up an appointment with one of their estimators to review it.

  Our vehicle hit a deer and stalled on the side of the highway on a very dark evening, it was towed back to Fix Auto in Courtenay. Both Jason and Jesse were was very helpful in setting up as soon as possible, a courtesy car and dealing with the insurance agency claim. Unfortunately our vehicle was written off in the end, but we would like to thank everyone at Fix Auto for their assistance.

  It should be pointed out that we did a great job repairing what were allowed to on his car and for Bob in helping resolve his concerns but when someone of his character uses extreme profanity and intimidation on my staff ( on anti-bullying day )

  Had our Infiniti in for a fender repair....having related area trouble now and they are not helpful in the least..Not a productive or helpful attitude. Was told to take my problems somewhere else.
